Collaborated with senior leadership & cross-functional partners to impact the end-to-end employee & consumer experience within the 268 Nike Direct doors in North America through the analysis of insights, skill & training needs within each marketplace.
Partnered with the Human Resources & NikeU team(s) to implement & deliver a training strategy never before available to Nike Direct - unlocking developmental experiences for 59 doors, over 600 leaders and 4,000 athletes in the West Territory.
Project-managed the logistical & training experience for the rollout of key retail concepts within NSO & NFS; Nike Live, Nike Unite & Global Flagship, House of Innovation in NYC - empowering over 1,000 Leaders & Athletes through storytelling, to serve the consumer.
Responsible for the implementation and scaling of the digital training experience at Nike Direct through key platforms such as the Track App and WorkVivo – allowing over 14,600 Nike employees access to curated, immersive digital training experiences.

Managed the execution of the largest and longest retail activation in Nike Direct history, the Makers of the Game 2017 NBA All-Star Experience - worked cross functionally with creative agencies and partners to deliver a premium custom experience to Nike Members.
Led the LA Marketplace through one of the most successful product launches to date: Nike React – GO LA activation. Executed the marketing strategy that brought in over $20k in React sales, 10.4K footwear trials and over 9M social media impressions.
